Clermont-Ferrand, France — October 15, 2025 — AXEMA is pleased to invite European engineers, academics, researchers, and industry professionals to the 8th AGRITECH DAY, an annual international conference dedicated to showcasing the latest technologies and solutions for efficient and sustainable agriculture.

Hosted at the scenic Casino de Royat near Clermont-Ferrand, the one-day event will feature plenary sessions, parallel thematic presentations, and a live industrial site visit, offering unique opportunities to discover developments in agricultural machinery and to connect with leading experts across the value chain.

Reuniting Research, Industry, and Higher Education

Since its inception in 2016, AGRITECH DAY has served as a vital platform for R&D specialists, equipment manufacturers, technical institutes, and engineering students to converge and exchange expertise on cutting-edge agricultural engineering. The event’s objective is to present groundbreaking machinery and system innovations, facilitate high-level networking, and spotlight the role of emerging professionals in shaping the future of agritech.

    Program Highlights — October 14–15, 2025

    • October 14 (Afternoon): Delegates will have the opportunity to tour a nearby agricultural machinery facility—gaining insight into manufacturing processes, R&D labs, and testing environments
    • October 15: The core conference unfolds with plenary sessions centered on overarching R&D and policy perspectives, followed by approximately twenty technical presentations grouped into thematic tracks—each lasting 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion.

    Technical themes include:

    • Robotics and autonomous machinery
    • Digital agriculture, data management, algorithms, and decision support tools
    • Sensor technologies, AI, and system communication
    • Ecological impact control, efficiency, and agro-ecological transition
    • Simulation, design methodologies, and transmission technologies.

Earlier this year, organizers launched the Call for Papers, encouraging submission of abstracts (English, max 1,000 words) by April 30, 2025. Accepted presenters were notified by June 11, with full-paper submissions due by September 10, 2025, ahead of the final program announcement on July 1.

    Why Attend?

    Participants will benefit from:

    • Exposure to state-of-the-art agricultural machinery innovations
    • Dialogue with academic and industrial leaders in agritech
    • Insight into future trends and emerging technologies
    • Enhanced professional networks across Europe.
