The UK Agri-Tech Centre has launched a new campaign which aims to champion trailblazing agri-tech businesses redefining agriculture by bringing new solutions to market and driving economic growth for the agri-tech sector.

The campaign, ‘Grow Your Own Way; We Mean Business When it Comes to Agri-Tech’, showcases the latest tech, from AI and robotics to Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) and advanced sensors and the how the UK Agri-Tech Centre has supported these businesses to grow.

As part of the campaign, the UK Agri-Tech Centre will host a dedicated Growth Week running from 2-6 February 2026, with a mix of online and in-person activity aimed at enabling businesses to grow whilst addressing barriers to sector growth.

Helen Brookes, Engagement Director at the UK Agri-Tech Centre, said: “We really do mean business when it comes to agri-tech.

“We support businesses and the sector to grow; while ensuring that these solutions have been trialled on-farm and are therefore robust and relevant to meet industry challenges.

“This campaign celebrates the ingenuity and ambition of those in agri-tech who are committed to creating a resilient and sustainable agricultural sector.”

The UK Agri-Tech Centre has engaged with over 300 businesses, providing facilities, expertise, hubs, a farm network and much more, helping companies such as Upcycled Protein Power (UPP), Antler Bio and Fotenix who are leading the way in developing innovative solutions to support more resilient farming systems.

UPP Freya are revolutionising horticulture, addressing labour shortages and food waste by automating broccoli harvesting and upcycling crop by-products.

Their ISO 9001-certified Harvesta machine lowers carbon emissions and enhances UK food security, enabling ingredient production from side-streams.

Antler Bio is enhancing livestock productivity with Epiherd, an innovative decision support tool for dairy farmers, which utilises AI and delivers actionable insights.

Fotenix is scaling AI powered crop diagnostic technology in-field and expanding trials across more indoor systems.

Look out for new exciting ways the UK Agri-Tech Centre is supporting businesses, which will launch in the new year.
