MyKUHN customer platform allows agricultural producers to manage their KUHN equipment via smartphone, tablet or computer anytime and anywhere. All information on a KUHN equipment, its use and maintenance is available at the fingertips and Kuhn claim it’s the optimum customer experience.

KUHN offers digital service for its whole range of agricultural equipment. It is free to access online for end-customers, owners or users of KUHN machines, who can access the Group’s digital ecosystem and benefit from a wide range of services in partnership with the local dealer network.

MyKUHN is an online customer platform, accessible via computer, mobile and tablet. It improves the customer experience with the following features:

Technical support 24/7: with MyKUHN, KUHN machine users can consult and download any operator’s manual relating to one of their machines at any time in any situation.

With MyKUHN, users looking for a KUHN spare part can visually identify the part in an online catalogue to find the corresponding order reference. The availability of parts with local dealers can be checked, and a basket can be made up and transmitted directly to the chosen dealer (this feature varies from country to country).

MyKUHN members enjoy a range of new customized digital services and tools that will help them to maximize their machine’s performance.

Depending on the machine(s) registered on their account, they can view the setting and maintenance information they need at the right time. MyKUHN will also enjoy regular updates to provide new services in order to further expand the user’s connected ecosystem.

MyKUHN users benefit from a large choice of technical and agronomical expert advices. They are informed in advance of any special offers, product improvements and events offered by the KUHN brand and its network, and according to the preferences and areas of interest (pre-set in a few clicks). The platform was initially launched in Poland in 2017 and has been progressively implemented in the following order: Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, United States, Canada, Italy, France and Spain in 2019.
