Kverneland Group, a leading manufacturer of agricultural machinery and Mazzotti srl – a John Deere company and market leader in Italy for self-propelled field sprayers – have signed a long-term contract to prolong their strategic partnership and intensify their co-operation.

Thanks to this partnership, it is possible to combine the high technology products developed by both companies into one end user product – the Vicon iXdrive self-propelled sprayer.

“This long-term co-operation is an important step forward, to enable the Vicon brand to strengthen its position in the UK’s sprayer market,” says David Furber, Vicon sales manager.

The Vicon iXtrack self-propelled range offers tank capacities of 4,000, 5,000 and 6,000-litres, and boom widths from 24-40m. Technology includes iXflow recirculation and iXclean Pro liquid management.

Along with the new iXtrack T-series trailed sprayers, iXter mounted sprayers and front tanks, this long-term continuation of the iXdrive self-propelled sprayer ensures Vicon maintains a complete product portfolio of crop sprayers.
