    • LENKÉ Space and water Solution, a British start up that developed its technology in the most extreme conditions in Ethiopia, is reducing its margin to farmers

The company is proposing to offer 50% discounts to farmers to help farmers on a range of products such as:

    •          Historical analysis on irrigated land size

    •          Soil moisture analysis

    •          Decision support technologies/tools for Irrigation method

    •          Seasonal irrigation analysis

    •          Crop Health Analysis

    •          Crop Loss Index Determinant

    •          Drought Indicator – Risk Analysis

    •          Climate Forecast

Dr. Nkeiruka N. Onyia and Engr. Lensa E. Jotte, LENKÉ’s founders are making themselves available to meet directly with farmers and their cooperative to onboard Fertile Water SWIFT and start gaining maximum efficiency to address the crisis they are facing today.

“With the growing crisis of fertiliser, farmers and governmental bodies are forced to regulate the application of fertilisers. Consequently, the need to monitor soil moisture becomes a relevant matter now more so than ever. LENKÉ’s Soil Water Index Forecast Technology (SWIFT) is positioned to address this growing concern by offering advanced, but simple to use, products and services that will enable farmers to have a better handle of their farmlands and crop” tells us Lensa Jotte, LENKÉ Space and Water Solutions cofounder.
