Cameras for aftermarket installation, fitted easily to agricultural machinery and giving flexibility in the locations they can be mounted, are seeing the end of an era in operator restricted vision.
Today, the Scottish precision farming pioneers SoilEssentials announce a new collaboration with Continental Automotive, now the UK’s first advanced dealer of Continentals ProViu 360 Surround View system allowing the driver a clear picture of surroundings and a bird’s eye view of his machine.
A total of four 1.3-megapixel cameras is used to deliver sharper images in HD resolution, displayed on a rugged IP67 10-inch HD touch display.
The two companies strongly believe that their innovations should have an affinity with their customers and are therefore created in a collaborative manner with them.
