    Kubota and Microsoft join forces

    Kubota Corporation and Microsoft have announced their alliance to migrate Kubota’s IT infrastructure and critical SAP systems onto Microsoft Azure’s cloud platform.

    “This alliance with Microsoft is an important step for the digital transformation. We accelerate to create innovations and provide the solutions and the social value” – Comment by Yuichi Kitao- President and CEO of Kubota Corporation.

    In addition, this alliance will enable the launch of a new AI Machine Learning Lab focused on accelerating innovation. This lab will train new developers in AI solutions with the goal of finding new solutions in infrastructure, water systems and environmental engagement activities.

    Comment from Kubota, President and Representative Director, Yuichi Kitao:

It is indispensable to promote digital transformation to meet such issues in worldwide. This alliance with Microsoft is an important step for the digital transformation. Combining its deep industry experience with the power of Microsoft Azure and AI capabilities will enable delivery of new innovations that help feed a hungry planet, ensure access to clean water, and promote overall sustainability.”
